During my trip to Rome I got to shoot a lot of photos from many different subjects, not only of the most famous monuments but also suggestive corners of the city.

Once back at home, during the post-production process of the images, I applied different filters with some really interesting results, especially on pictures taken with multiple exposure. From there was born the idea to present 3 books with different edition: a color one, an ancient one and another one black / white styile.

The black and white edition is entitled Rome B&W and shows a photo gallery of Rome with a series of shots taken in black and white, which that they are well suited to tell the story and the splendor of this magnificent capital city.
It is not a usual black and white: it's filtered, contrasted, and refined, The shots were mostly taken with multiple exposures (H.D.R. – High Dynamic Range) to increase the dynamic range of highlights and shadows.
